Plaintiff was injured in an accident at the North Melbourne Railway Station in May, 1889. The North Auckland Hospital and Charitable Aid Board have drafted a petiiion to the Government, pointing out the injustice by which relief must be given to Natives, while the lands of the latter are not rated, and asking that (his anomaly be removed.
