Aiabm ahd Rush”-Shortly after 10 o clock on Sunday night the now firabell at Geraldine rang out its first alarm of Ore to the great delight of the newly-formed "fi re brigade, who were soon seen tearing up the street in nil the glory of their new uniforms inwardly rejoicing in the hope that the long’ sighed-for opportunity of showing their ability and courage in “fighting the flames” had at ! last arrjfed. The street was soon filled with people anxious t.o find the whereabouts of the conflagration.
