Parochial Welcome to Bishof Julius. —The Bishop of Christchurch will visit Temuka to-day, arriving r by the express, and,-, arrangements have been made to cjx-end to, hun a most cordial parochial welcome,. The ministers of other denominations have been invited, and there will doubtless be a large nt'endance. The. Rev. G. P. Mutu will deliver an address from the' Natives who will also sing a hymn of welcome. The vestry desire to return sincere thanks to the Her. Mr Bunn, who kindly p'aced the Wesleyan Church at theirjdisposal. Other arrangements had already been made, or his offer would have been gratefully accepted. On Sunday morning the : Bishop wi I gobaecrate the new phancel of St. John Evangelist’s'’ £, OtVarch Winchester. The order of the service will consist of a processional hymn, the reading of the petition, and sentences of consecr-uion, etc., sermon and Holy Communion.
