Berlin, Jan, 26. The Hamburg strike is at an end. The masters have resumed the former rate of pay. London, Jan. 26. Four hundred dock laborers at Liverpool have struck for an increase of wages. Jan. 27. Goods consigned to the Bermondsey wharves are being unloaded at the Albert and Victoria docks, but the dockers executive are now calling out the men engaged on the work. Tom Mann, president of the Dockers’ Union, was arrested at Bermondsey, on a charge of inciting disorder. He was eventually discharged when the case cams before the magistrates. Tbe Liverpool strike is spreading.
