London, Dec. 27. The gas stokers profess confidence that the supply of coal to the gas company will ultimately be stopped. They assert that they have ample funds to maintain themselves. The Dockers’ Union have granted subsidies iu aid. Dec, 28. The Gas Stokers’ Union have decided to call out all stokers in South London unless the Southern Company expels the blacklegs recently employed. Brussels, Dec. 27.
A strike of ten thousand colliers has taken place at Charleroi, and is still spreading.
