Costs in the case of Winmill v. Gallie were argued in Chambers, Dunedin, when Mr Justice Williams decided that he was bound by the, scale, and declined to increase the ; costs as between party and party. It is understood that the judicial effect will be that Winmill will get little or nothing from the -estate.
