NEWS FROM STANLEY.

Cairo, Nov. 20. ; Scouts have arrived from Mpwapwa and report that they left Stanley and Emin Bey on the 10th Septeniber, Zanzibar, Nov. 20. Captain Wissman has received information to the effect that Emin Boy and Stanley left the Equatorial Provinces under the control of two Egyptian officers, Most of the troops insisted that they should be allowed to return homeward instead of going ahead. An advance party of refugees reached Mpwapwa on the 11th October, and reported that Stanley and Emin Bey will probably reach Bagbmayo about the Ist December. Captain Wissman has sent a caravan to meet H. M. Stanley, Emin Bey, and Sigaor Casati, who are marching towards Mpwapwa, in the territory ot the German East African Company.
