In the divorce court, Wellington, on Wednesday, decrees were made absolute in Boutcsh v. Boutsch, Malcolm v. Malcolm, and Brodie v. Brodie. In the case DeLautour v. DeLautour and Lees, the husband’s petition for a divorce bn the ground of adultery, Mr Justice Richmond said that he was satisfied adultery had been committed, but the husband’s conduct had been such that he would take time to consider whether he should grant a decree nisi. A decree nisi was granted in Carlson v. Carlson, iusband’s petition, on the ground of the wife’s adultery. In Dodwell v. Dodwell the decree was made absolute, In Longhurst v. Longhurst, the wife’s petition on the ground of cruelty and adultery, a decree nisi was granted, and the question of alimony was allowed to stand over.
At the Supreine Court, Christchurch, dn Tuesday, Donnolly, the skating rink proprietor, had his bankruptcy discharge suspended for eighteen iponths.
