■Wellington, August 7. . Captain Savill is reported to have lost all hope of recovery from his illness. A. son of Colonel Trimble, who died in the Hospital here, succumbed the other day to typhoid fever, said to haye been contracted in the Hospital. The newspaper report of his death made it appear to have resulted from injuries sustained to his i knee; Captain Page, (Superintendent of the Pire Brigade, is still suffering from typhoid.
