GERALDINE COUNTY OOUVOIL. rrOITOE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I_N the Geraldine County Council desires to RAISE THE SUM OF £2500 BY WAY OF LOAN uudor the Provisions of the Local Bodies Loan Act 1886, for the purpose of CONSTRUCTING IRRIGATION WORKS within th.it part of the Geraldine County known hb the WAITOHI FLAT WATER-SUPPLY DISTRICT j and that it is proposed that the First Year's Interest on the said Loan during the Construction of the said Work shall be Paid out of the Moneys to be so Borrowed, and that the Sum of £165 19s 18 propoead to be 80t apart in abcli Year towards the paying off of the Lonn ; and it is proposed that n SPECIAL RATE OF ONE.HALFPENNY IN THE POUND on the Rateable Value of tha Property within the said Waitohi Flat Water-Supply District shall be pledged ua cwcurity for such Loan.
