TEMUKA PRESBYTERIAN SABBATH SCHOOL.
The annual distribution of prizes to the scholars attending this school took place on Sunday afternoon last, there being a large attendance of the children and a fair number of parents and friends. The Bey. J. Dickson presented the pr’zes, before doing so deliver* ing an impressive address. The children, under the oondnctorship of Mr W. G. Butland, sang several hymns in a capital • manner, Miss Blyth presiding at the organ. The following is the prize list 6IBLS. First Glass—Teacher, Miss Milsom: E. Cooper, 1; May Goodey, 2; B. TBAOHBBS' Ffiizxs, Three prizes were given to teachers for personal attendance during the year. These were awarded as follows:—First prize (presented by Mr F. W. Hutton), Mr J, Shaw; (second prize (pieeented by Bev. J. Dickson), Jlgdiss Bussell; third prize (presented by Mr 1. Smith), Mies Cain. The proceedings terminated with the Benediction.
