LABOR TROUBLES.
Berlin, May 30. ■ The Westphalian ;strikers have resumed work, but threaten to go out again in two months if the mine-owners do not fulfil their promises. The strike is extending in Bohemia, Vienna, May 30. The employees of the London city tramways, and the tramway employees of this city, have made a joint threat that they will go out on strike if their wiges are not raised and their hours of work shortened.
