IRISH AFFAIRS.
London, May 29 . Lord Salisbury, replying to a deputation of Irish Peers, said that special legislation would be necessary before a Prince could replace the Viceroy. The Earl of Zetland has accepted the Yiceroyalty. Three hundred police, assisted by the military, ore evicting tenants on the Irish estates of the Marquis of Lansdowne, the Viceroy of India. A draft of the Irish Local Government Bill has been circulated in the House of Commons.
