THE SAMOAN CONFERENCE.

London, May 13. The Berlin correspondent of the Times states that the, Powers concerned have agreed to restrict the importation and sale of firearms and liquors in Samoa. Equal commercial rights are to be granted to all Powers. The sub-com-mittee has decided to recommend a tripartite administration of the municipal district of Apia, and to allow the natives to elect their own king, England has assumed a neutral attitude . The Conference is not now expected to conclude for a fortnight. Berlin, May 13. It is believed that the Conference will create a neutral zone at Apia. Equal rights will be given to all the Powers, and export duties will be imposed.
