The Supreme Court resinned ifs sitting at Wanganui on Tuesday morning. In the divorce case, Mudford v. Mndford and Hickford, the -jury retained a verdict for damages, £25, and costa £35. Tha decree nisi is to be made absolute at the next sittings ot the Divorce Court in Wellington, three months.
