P. Burke asked to hare Johanna Allman bound over to keep the peace for six months, as she was continually using threatening language to his wife and himself. The defendant is ft sister of Mrs Burke's. She was bound over to keep the peace for six months, herself in £'2s, and two sureties of £25 each.
ILLEGAL TRESPASS.
Donald Fergusson was charged on the information of William P. Turton with illegally trespassing on his property in pursuit of game. Defendant admitted the charge, and was fined 10s, and costs 7s.

The oase L. Gick v. T. Good win, claim £7lßs 3d, was further adjourned till next Court day, on defendant again paying the expenses, 15s, as his solicitor was busy a.t the Supreme Court, Timaru.
This being all the busing the Qqurt adjourned,
