It ia reported at Brunnwton that in consequence* of iho depression in thn coni trade the Wallseod mine h about to ho closed. The miners will be offered the chance of taking; out tho coal pillars in the Brunnerton mine at a reduction nf sixpence per ton. It is not expected that tin's price will bo accepted. It is aha n ported that tenders will shortly ba called for opeuieg the Blackball coal mine.
