LAND SALE.

A sale of sections in Arowhenua and Orari townships was held last Thursday at the Courthouse, Teiimka, Mr J. E. Marsh officiated as auctioneer, and before commencing the sale he stated that he had recently inspected the township of Arowhenua, and although be had predicted when it was first formed many years ago that it would be a thriving township lie had no idea that so much improvement would be done in so short a space of time. Many of the residences recently erected had' enhanced considerable the value of the adjoining sections, and some of this land he had to offer them that day. He bad no hesitation in saying that the purchase of town sections in Arowhenua was a safe and profitable investment, and there could be no doubt that in a few years they would double the price which might be given for them that day.
