We hear it is the intention of the engineer in charge of the establiihment to have u case made for the family so as to see what will be the end of the unnatural motherly affection on the part of tho cat when the rats grow to an eatable size. Lectlbb at Gkbaldine. —Wo would remind our readers that on Monday evening Mr 0. E. Hugo will deliver a lectire on Physiognomy in the Oddfellows’ Hall, Geraldine. The Geraldine Literar; Institute will receive the proceeds so those attending will not only have the pleasure uf hearing a most entertaining lecture, but also that of knowing they are assisting a most deserving institution. We hope to see tho hall crowded.
