London, February 23. Baron de Worms, in reply to a question in the House of Commons, stated that it was quite unnecessary lhat the Australasian colonies should be specially represented on the Samoan Conference to be held ip. Berlin. The British envoy would, he said, take necessary steps to insure Imperial interests being thoroughly protected. The Daily Nows states that four German frigates, now at Genoa, havo been ordered to proceed to Samoa without delay. Prince Bismarck has privately complained that the Samoan difficulty is personal trouble in which the colonies are involved, Berlin, February 21. Germany requests that J. O. Klein, correspondent of the San Francisco Examiner, may bo punished for his behaviour iu Samoa.
