It is asserted that Mr O'Brien is in a precarious state of health, but Mr Balfour, Secretary for Ireland, ridicules the idea, A meeting was held in Hyde Park to protest against Mr O'Brien's imprisonment, but the prooeedings were interrupted by a snowstorm,
