PARNELL COMMISSION.

London, January 31. Thomas O’Connor, the informer, who gave evidence before the Parnell Commission at the beginning of December, bas recanted, and now states that his testimony was wholly fictitious, February 2. Molloy, one of the Invincibles who was arrested in Dublin in September last, on a warrant issued by the Special Commission, and gave evidence that ho was associated with some persons forming that secret body, has been arrested on a charge of perjury. Molloy is tbe man who in bis evidence admitted that the information given to the Times agent had misled him. Before the Times-Parnell Commission to-day, the solicitors, who were engaged in defending prisoners for various outrages committed in Ireland, deposed that the Land League bad defrayed the cost of tbe defence of those charged with the murder of Lord Mountmorres and others. Several constables wore also examined, and swore to the seizure of arms and documents in possession of

John Walsh, of Middlesborough, the organiser of the Invincible conspiracy in Ireland, and Tobin, the organiser 6f the Land League. The evidence also tended to show that the Fenians organised men in the, north of England and secured both arms and ammunition in that part of the Kingdom, During the examination a severe passage of arms occurred between Sir James Hannen, President of the Commission, and Sir Charles Russell, counsel for the Parnell party, as to the evidence being admitted.
