Cairo, January 26. , Blsenoisse, a new rebel leader, has denounced the Mahdi as an imposter, and has ordered bim to withdraw from the Soudan. Elsenoisse is now marching on Kordofan, Paris. January 27. The French Government have decided to agree to the proposal of the Egyptian Government extending the operations of the mixed tribnnals for a period of five years on a larger basis. France demands that the Russians at Tajurah Bay may be disarmed. Berlin, January 28. It is considered certain that the East African Company Bill will be carried in the Reichstag. Prince Bismarck in the course of a debate on the measure said that the company would have to be paramount in the matter, as it was impossible for the German JbJmperor to become a tenant farmer of Zanzibar,
