PARNELL COMMISSION.
London, January 18. At the Times-Patneli Commission, Delaney, the convict, was cross-examined by Sir Charles Rnssell, His evidence, given in bis examination in chief, as to Michael Davitt and J. Biggar being present at meetings of the Land League and Fenians was not shaken. He swore that the Land National League and the Fenian Organisation of Invisibles were affiliated, He was not aware o£ the existence of tho Times-Parnell Commission until he was summoned as a witness. His age was thirty-five, and ho admitted having served five years for robbery before receiving his present sentence, and that his brother had been hanged, The sale of copies of the articles published by the Timas, “ Parnellism and Crime,” has been prohibited by the Commission. At the Times-Psrnell Commission to-day Captain Plankett gave evidence that the Catholic priests had denounced Curtin (who was boycotted and subsequently murdered) a week before the murder took place. Sir R. E. Webster, the AttorneyGenera), has decided not to submit evidence before the Times-Parnell Commission respecting the “ Plan of Campaign.”
