REBELLION IN HAYTI.
Port-au-Prince, January 9. Severe fighting has again taken place here, and the President’s forces have been defeated by the revolutionists. January 30. General Flippolyte, leader of the insurgents, defeated the troops of toe Government of Hayti under General Legitino three times. A state ■of anarchy prevailed for some time, but at length the Government troops rallied once more and again attacked the rebels. A decisive engagement took place in which hundreds were killed and wounded on' each side.
