PARNELL COMMISSION.

London, December 4, Before the Times-Parnell Commission to-day, a land leaguer of the Castle Island (Kerry) branch, deposed that he joined the Inner Circle to become a soldier, and took part in several outrages against those who paid their rents. He was paid by the local secretary for his services. The Inner Circle compelled farmers to vote for league candidates, Tbe same witness deposed that the Sunday before bailiff Cullotty was killed, Father Callaghan, a member of the Meiber committee, remarked ; that Cullotty was ugly enough now, but be would soon be uglier. A witness who gave evidence to-day before the Commission deposed that Mr Parnell participated in some of tbe outrages against people who paid rent, and Timothy Harrington, Secretary of tbe League, ordered tbe leaguers not to kill their victims or hurt them too much. The witness was paid £7 for bis services. Captains of “ Circles ” received orders from committees of branches pf the League. Harrington refused money to one branch of tbe League because it was inactive. December 5, Molloy, the Invincible, has been arrested in Dublin by order of the Commission. The Times-Parnell Commission will adjourn for the Christmas and New Year holidays on Friday, the 14'h iust., and will resume on the 15th January.
