A cargo of Victorian wheat has been sold at 42s 3d. 4500 quarters of Adelaide wheat, August shipment, sold at 435. The English wheat market is very active j Oontinentt.l markets are steady; American depressed. Country markets, average, place English wheat at 31s lid. The American visible wheat tupply is 34,375,000 bushels. The total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,488,000 quarters, and for the Continent 598,000 quartern. Nov. 14. An off-coast Australian cargo of wheat hae been sold at from 42s to 42s 6d. Flour is 30s 6d to 31s. Leather is firm at from 9Jd to lOd. The wool importers have eff-cted a compromise regarding bids at wool suleß. It has been arranged that £rl be accepted up to 10(1, and on wool abova that value id.
