PARNELL COMMISSION.
London, November 8
At tbe sitting ot the Commission Sir Charles Russell, counsel for the defence, contended that the Times was bound to show that the Parnollites were, connected with outrages before tho matter could admitte I as evidence.
Sir J«mPB Hanncn's ruling practically amounted to an admission that the Times was not limited as to the, scope of evidence on this point, and could tender the records of crime in Ireland as evidunce. November 9. Tho Times has intimated to the Commission that {hey will not conclude their case this year.
