IRISH AFFAIRS.
London, October 14. Sir R. Webster; Attorney-General, has declined the Times's brief in the action brought against that paper by Parnell in the Court of Session, Edinburgh. The Dublin Committee are appealing to the Irish people for further subscriptions in aid of the Parnell defence fund.
