[Before Captain Wray, KM.] CIVIL CASES. JR. Hammond v. W. Hooper—Claim £4 3s 6fcd. Judgment by default. C. E. Sherratt v. John Qrindell—Claim £1 14s on an 1.0. U. for money lent and interest, Mr F. Wilson Smith appeared for defender, and the case was adjourned for n fortnight to allow of plaintiff producing a witness necessary to the case. The c so Deputy Official Assignee in W. Lawson’s estate v. R. S. Cook was further adjourned for a fortnight, •REACH OP THE PEACE. Thomas Bowkett and A. Hoskins were charged with committing a breach of the peace by fighting in a public street. Bowkett pleaded guilty to being the aggres-or, and was fined 5s and costs. The charge against Hoskins was dismissed, after both had been admonished nut to appear before the Court again.
