In the Central News Sir Morrell Mackenzie describes the daily habits of the Emperor Frederick. Brussels, September 24.
The Independence Beige publishes a forecast of Sir Morroll Mackenzie's book on the illness of the lace Emperor Frederick, which shows that Dr Gerhand's treatment of the Emperor producsd cancer, and that the use of Dr Bramman's imperfect canula and Dr Bergmann's rough treatment of the patient hastened his death. It also states that if Sir Morrell Mackenzie bad been left alone in the treatment of the disease, he could have prolonged life for at least twenty months. Berlin. Sept. 28.
The Reyiew which is publishing the late Emperor's diary has been directed to stop its circulation. Public opinion is divided, and is much excited over the publication and its consequent revelations. It is rumored a portion of the diary bearing on the war of 1886 will appear shortly. Prince Bismarck has determined to prosecute the publishers of the extracts from the Emperor Frederick's diary on a charge of revealing secrets. Prince Bismarck declares that the Emperor Frederick was not permitted to tako pnrLin the political discussions in 1870, as his father feared he was indiscreet, and would make disclosures to the English court, Ho cites instances of inaccurate entries in the Emperor Frederick's diary, the extracts from which, Prince Bismarck asserts, were published in the interests of a revolution.
