A LONDON HORROR.
Londok, September 9
No fewer than four people have been murdered in Whiteobapel during the course of the last four weeks, lbe unfortunate viotims were all terribly mutilated, being disembowelled and their throats cut, and quite a local panic has occurred. The murders are supposed, from their nature, to be the work of a maniac, and a man has been arrested on suspicion. Later. The man arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the Whitechapel murders has been released from custody and the panic still continues.
