THE FISHERIES TREATY.
Wasmiitoton, August 28. President Cleveland's policy, as embodied in his message to Coagreis, baa been referred to a sub-Committee, and their report is to be presented tomorrow. Mr Blaine has issued another manifesto on the subject of the Fisheries Treaty Bill rejected by the Senate, io which he suggests that the Commissioners should postpone further consideration of the question, when the Republican party would be willing to assieVin arriving at an equitable settlement of the whole question.
