London, August 25. The Castlereagh and Longford branches of the National League have been suppressed. The operation of the Crimes Act has been suspended in the Queen’s County; August 27. Messrs W, and J. Redmond, M.P.’s. have been arrested on a charge of conspiring to prevent the re-letting of lands in Ireland. Both the defendants bav* been admitted to bail, Mr Walsh, editor of the Wexford People, has been arrested with Messrs Redmond brothers on a charge of conspiracy. :
