ZULU TROUBLES.
Capetown, July 18. Sir A. Havelock has declined to disciis-i the terms of peace with Din zulu while the latter remains under arms. July 19. Dinizulu has sent o messenger to Sir Arthur Havelock assuring him (hat the aitmk on the Dragoons was notau'hoiued, and was mer ly the action of some hotheaded young natives. Bo has also formally comp'ained to Mr Osborne, Chief Magistrate of Z iluUud, that Sir Arthur Have ock refused to parley, and he hud no o:her course but to take up arm*. July 21, The whereabouts of Dinizulu is unknown Two columns of British troops have left Okowe, taking different routes, and are makiog groat efforts to find him. London, July 19. Lord Knutefotd stated in the House to-day that the position of affairs in Zululand is improving.
