Sir John Walsh->m, British Minister at Pekio, is still parleying with the Jhineae Government on the subject. July 3. The representatives of the in Australia are urging the Chinese Govern-'-' menl to reject the British proposals for regulating the introduction of Chinese into Australia, if they are on the Hoes of the treaty existing between China and America
