AUCTIONEERS' REPORT.
GERALDINE. Messrs J. Mundell and Co. report sales for itie week priding Satunlny, 7rh July, 1888, «3 follow* : At the Geraldine monthly stock sal® on Wednesday, the entry of stock, especially sheep, was the largest we have had for several months, and prices during the sale were in favor of sellers. The total numbers yarded were 3025 sheep, 155 head of cattle, and 4 pigs. Prices realised were as follows :
Sheep Four - tooth crossbred wethers and maiden owes, fat, 13s lOd to 14s; 2-tooth do do do, 7s 6d to 10s; hoggets, 8s ; cull do, 8s 7d to 5s 4d; crossbred ewes, in lamb, 7s sd, culls do, 3s 2d. Castle Three-yfar-old steers in forward condition, £3 17s 6d, £4, to £4 ss; heifers, in forward condition, £3 10s, cows, springing, and in profit, £3los, £4, to £6; dry cows, £2. Pigs—Small stores, lis to 13s.
