The Bishops are directed prudently and effectually to exhort the clergy and laity not to transgress Christian charity whilst striving to remedy the distressed condition of the people. Archbishop Walsh has been summoned to Rome. Cork, April 30. The tradesmen of Cork are boycotting Monsignor Persico, the Papal delega'o. London, April 30. It is reported 'hat Archbishop Walsh, of Dublin, who has been summoned to Rome, is not to return, and will be succeeded by Cardinal Moran, Sydney, May 1. Cardinal Moran denies the truth of the statement that ho is to succeed Archbishop Walsh, of Dublin.
