Count Herbert Yon Bismarck, G' rman Secretary of State for Foreign Affair*, at present on a visit to England, will interview Lord Salisbury to-morrow, It is understood Connt Yon Bismarck’s mission to England and the subject of th< proposed interview with the Premier are to induce the British Government to favorably consider the Russian proposals in reference to Bulgaria.
