St. Petersburg, Jan. 7. The first series of time-expired Russian Guards have been dismissed seven weeks before their stated time. Sofia, Jan. 8. Prince Nikita, of Montenegro, has Bent despatches to the Sultan warning him that the Russians announce their intention of shortly moving three divisions of infantry in the direction of the frontier, Jan. 9. . M, Zankoff, with the assistance of Slav Committees at Moscow and Odessa, is supposed to have organised the raid recently made by Montenegrins on the town of Bourgas, The raiders were led by Russian officers, and a number of persona were killed. All, with the exception of 20, were either captured or killed, Berlin, Jan. 9, The Cossack deserters from the Russian army report that the troops iu Poland have undergone fearful sufferings owing to the severity of the winter.
