DISSATISFIED STUDENTS.
St. Pktehbbtjrq, Dec. 26. After often repressed protests against the vexatious rules imposed upon them, the students of St, Petersburg University appealed to the citizens for support in resisting the troops, Grave disorders hare also occurred in connection with the Military Academy, the Michael College, and the School of Forestry, all of which have been closed by the authorities. Numerous arrests have been made, and all the universities throughout the country, with the exception of that at Kieff, have been closed for similar reasons Later. Fresh disorders have occurred ic this city, nu'i the students hnve appealed to His Majesty the Czar against the rules imposed upon them. The Minister of I Education has tendered his resignation in consequence of the appeal.
