A FORECAST.
TO THE EDITOR. Dear Mr Editor,— l am rery recently over from Ireland, and take a great interest in the coming struggle, which will be decided on Monday next. Haying heard the Tiewa of the different candidates, and knowing that your widely-circulated paper is open to insert any suggestions, as a woman newly out from “ the ould dart,” I shall place the candidates as follows Christchurch North-Sir Julius Yogel. Richardson. Lincoln—O’Catlnghan. Aknroa—McGregor; Armstrong 2. Ashburton —Mr C. Wolker. Rangitata—Hon. W. Rolloaton. Timaru—R. Turnbull. Gladstone—J. M. Tworaey. Waimate—W. J. Steward. • x Oheyiot—J.
