Reserve 349, section 49, 7a 3r 3lp, upset price £79 8s 9d, with improvements Valued at £5, was purchased by J. Ford for £122, after spirited competition. Section 48, 7a Ir 20p, part of reserve 1630, the upset price of which was £4B, with improvements valued at £1 17* 6d, fetched £ll3, the purchaser being W. Brenton, Section 51, 7a Ir 20p, part of the earns reserve, wee purchased by F. Fly for £ll2, The upset price was £sl, the improvements being valued at £8 11s. Lots 21 and 22 sub-section 54, and lot 46 sub-section 7, Orari District, were withdrawn. Lot 11 sub-section 45, Orari District 6 tores, Was purchased by W. Mewhinney for Jl3. miscellaneous. Lot 44, part of reserve 1371, RangitaU Plain, containing 104 acres, was withdrawn. Lot 704, Arowhenua Tillage Settlement, was also withdrawn. ' Lot 727. ’Arowhenua Village Settlement, with improvements valued at £5, was purchased bv B. Washington far £l9 6s. The lease of reserve No. 948,for 7 years, from the Is* elicited no competition, and fell to Dmbid of C. A. Williams, at the yearly rental of 255. This concluded the sale.
