Vienna, Aug. 10. Prince Ferdinand left Abenthal last eyening for Sofia. Later. It is stated here in semi-official circles that Prince Ferdinand, who started for Sofia to sssume the office of ruler of Bulgaria, is not supported by the Powers in the step he elected to take, and has gone entirely at his own risk. Loudon, Aug. 10. Prince Ferdintnd has retired from the Austrian army. His entering Bulgaria without the consent of the Powers is regarded as a dangeroUß adventure, Aug. 10. The Vienna Press warns Prince Ferdinand that he is violating the Treaty of Berlin.
