Loudon, Aug. 10. Prince Ferdintnd has retired from the Austrian army. His entering Bulgaria without the consent of the Powers is regarded as a dangeroUß adventure, Aug. 10. The Vienna Press warns Prince Ferdinand that he is violating the Treaty of Berlin.
