Paris, July 12. M, Floquet has resigned the Presidency of tbs Chamber of Deputies, owing to the disorderly debate yesterday, during which the Left attacked the Government, and accused it of Royalist tendencies, A great 6cene of confusion prevailed. The President was powerless to preserve order, Later.
The Chamber of Deputies has passed a resolution declining to acoept the resignation of the President, M, Floquet. July 13.
Great precautions are being taken by the authorities to maintain order in this city during the National iete to-morrow. The Patriotic League intends to make a great display in favor of General Boulanger ; also an anti-Germ»n demonstration. A grand review of troops is to take place at Long Champs, London, July 12.
An attempt made by the French Radicals to overthrow the Rouvier Ministry, owing to their acceptance of support from the Royalists, was defeated by 382 to 120.
