' July 9. .Prince Ferdinand of Saxe-Coburg has intimated to the Regency his acceptance of the Crown of Bulgaria, provided the Porte approves, and the' Powers recognise, his election. Lohdon, July 8. Prince Ferdinand's election was unanimous, and if the Powers refuse to ratify it the independence of Bulgaria will be proclaimed. July 9. The Russian Press maintain that the ejection of Prince Ferdinand to the throne of Bulgaria is invalid. The French are hostile to the election, bat Jftngland, Italy, and Austria are favorable to it. Germany is lukewarm in the matter. I
