London, Juno 17. . . The celebration of the jubilee has already began, the chief ciiies of the United Kingdomi taking the lead. In Glasgow an enthusiastic demonstration took place yesterday. An intense spirit of loyalty is everywhere manifested.

June 18. the Women’s Jubilee Offering to the Queeu amounts to £72)000. M. Waddington, French Ambassador to the Court of St. James, has been specially accredited to represent France on the occasion of the jubilee. The police authorities have issued a circular enjoining chemists to use extreme caution in selling explosive chemicals. The decorations and si net illuminations in the city for the jubilee celebrations will be of extreme grandeur. I'he address to the Queen as adopted by the Now South Wales Parliament has been forwarded to the Queen. Sydney, June 17. Sir H. Parkes’ motion, recording the expression of the loyalty of Parliament to the Queen, was carried. A great scene ensued, the Opposition cheering Her Majesty, and the Ministerialists singing the National Anthem. Juno 18. The Press generally condemn the motion of Sir H. Parkes in expressing the loyalty of Parliament to the Queen. Melbourne, Jane 19.

At the thanksgiving services held in most of the churches in Melbourne today the National Anthem was sung.
