London. Feb. 13. The forts of Northern France have received farther war armaments. Feb. 15, The Austro-Hungarian Delegation meet on March 13th. when a BudaPesth credit of 60,000,000 florins will be demanded, Rome, Feb. 14. Signor Deupretis, President of the Council of Ministers, who recently tendered his resignation to the King, has undertaken a reconfirm;'ion of the Cabinet.
