At the Burnside Yan's on Wednesday the following business was trans acted : Fat Cattle—l7l were yarded, representing different qualities, and competition at the beginning of the sale was active, but towards the end it slightly slackened off. Best bullocks brought from £8 10s to €lO 10s; and light weighs beat cows Bold from £6 10s to £7 10*. The total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,000,000 quarters, being 10,000 quarters.-more than last week. Adelaide wheat is 6d lower, 386. Cargoes on spot have realised 38s 6d. A cargo of new crop—February-March shipment—has been sold at 37s 6d. Adelaide flour is 6d lower, 275. New Zealand wheat is unchanged, lower qualities selling at 34s and best 38s. No colonial arrivals are reported. Zealand mutton is selling at from to 4|d. Two lut'USMiid five hundred bags of Queensland sugar have been sold at fair rates, averaging from lOi to 14s 2d.
