THE EASTERN CRISIS.
Paris, Jan, 9. The Bulgarian deputation held an unofficial interview „ to-day with M. Fieurons, who expressed bis sympathy with the'troubles in Bulgaria, and urged the deputation to hearken to the wishes of Russia, and withdraw the demands made which are displeasing to that country, London, Jan. 10. The relations between Russia and Austria have improved, Russia is disposed to abandon her desire for the election of Prince Nicholas of Miugrelia, and will favor the election of Prince Nicholas of Leuchtenburg, whom tho Bulgarians are willing to accept. Another rising in Crete is feared. The Admiralty have decided to build semefasl cruisers. Jan.ll, It is announced from Vienna that the relations between Russia and Austria are daily improving. Prince George L' uchtmberg, an officer of the Russian army, is now mentioned as a probable candidate for the throne of Bulgarin, in place of Prince Nicliolas'of Mingrelia.
